Since Shekha qualified from Guy’s Kings and St Thomas’ Dental Hospital, she has gained a broad base of dental experience.
This included hospital jobs in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at the Royal Surrey, Guildford, training in Restorative Dentistry at Birmingham Dental Hospital, as well as time in general dental practice.
Shekha is also a lecturer on postgraduate revision courses for the overseas registration examination (ORE) and an examiner for the MJDF examinations.
She is also an active member of the British Society of Periodontology.
Shekha has completed the prestigious Masters in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology )with distinction from Guy’s Hospital and our registered specialist in Periodontology. She is committed to the field and her practicing career is now solely limited to the diagnosis and management of a full range of periodontal conditions.
Her range of services include :

In her spare time she enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. Her adventures include hiking the Inca Trail in Peru, the UK Three Peaks Challenge and a London to Paris cycle challenge. She is passionate about promoting oral health, and has spent time providing dental care in orphanages and villages in Vietnam and Nepal.
She has also been actively involved in ‘SmileHigh’, a dental charity set up to provide vital dental care to the most remote Himalayan villages.
